Australian hip hop, built for the stage
Harlum is an Aussie rapper from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, bringing boom bap beats, sharp wordplay and big humour to stages around Australia. From battle rap on the Break N Bread circuit to supporting Drapht, Swifty McVay and Madchild, every Harlum show is a party.
Who is Harlum
Harlum is a Sunshine Coast rapper and entertainer known for sharp wordplay, big humour and even bigger live shows. A Break N Bread battle rapper and Amborigen ambassador, he has shared stages with Drapht, Swifty McVay (D12), Madchild and PEZ, and his crowds never stand still.
Harlum is a Queensland hip hop artist from the Sunshine Coast who makes rap built for a packed room. Boom bap at heart, comedy in the pen and wordplay that rewards a second listen, his sound sits between the Aussie greats he grew up on and the party-starting energy of a front-row cypher.
Since stepping up to the mic on the Sunshine Coast open mic scene in 2021, he has dropped a steady run of singles including Big Boy, Killit, Melancholy, Ravenous, Face Off, Truth with Greeley, Lemon Juice and his latest, PESOS. He battles on the Break N Bread circuit in Melbourne, runs and hosts nights like Off The Top No Writtens and Big Bars, and tears up stages with his partner in crime Megalodon.
He has supported Drapht, Bitter Belief, Swifty McVay and Mac Lethal, Madchild, Complete, Kryple, NJE, PEZ and Dunn D, played the Sunshine Coast Music Awards and The Big Weekend, and headlined shows from Solbar to Sydney's Knox Street Bar. A Harlum show feels like a party you were lucky to be at. He is booked by Green Room Management.
